We welcome all donations to support the Timberline Race Team (TRT), a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) parent volunteer organization. Each season, during the Governor’s Cup Race at the Alpine Festival, we host a major raffle and silent auction, with proceeds directly benefiting the team. As a gear intensive sport, TRT strives to maintain and update our equipment to maximize racer experience, safety, and race process efficency.
Raffle and Auction Donations
Donating items to our raffle or auction is an excellent way to promote your business to hundreds of families actively involved in ski racing. Our audience spans West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Ohio, and includes families who shop for ski equipment, apparel, services like tune-ups and waxing, and who enjoy outdoor adventures such as kayaking, biking, and dining out. Whether you donate gear, gift certificates, or unique experiences, your contribution will support the team while showcasing your business to potential customers.
We provide Facebook shoutouts, include links to your business on the online raffle page, and feature your brand on a large print-out banner displayed at the auction/raffle, offering visibility to an engaged audience of outdoor enthusiasts.
